I have people tell me they want to change up their diet with some healthier options. Here are some great breakfast options:
Two waffles for 140 calories- Heck Yes! This is one of my fav breakfast. Especially if I am on the go. I toast the waffles and then I put a teaspoon of almond butter on each and sometimes a dab of honey. Throw it in the microwave for 15-20 sec more and it melts the honey. Seriously great!
Buck wheat pancake mix. Then microwave a frozen bag of berries for topping. Add fat free whip topping. It's delish!
This is my obsession this week. I actually have been making it my lunch with a salad on the side. I use zero fat plain greek yogurt. Then I add strawberries, Coco powder and splenda. I dont like the texture of yogurt so I also add in dark chocolate almond granola for the crunch. Watch out with the granola though because it can make it a high calorie snack.
